- Cast on: Long Tail (recommended)
- Stitch: Decrease (k2tog and ssk)
- Stitch: Increase
- Style: Linen Stitch
- Style: Seed Stitch
- Style: Attached Stst /Rev Stst Welted Ruffle
- Bind off
- Other than knit and purl, the knitter should know how to slip a stitch and understand how to move the yarn forward between stitches and to the back between stitches.
